• Each artwork is carefully and securely custom-packed to ensure safe delivery.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within the timeline mentioned on the product page.

• Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier services.

• Once the order is dispatched, the responsibility of the shipment lies with the courier partner.

• We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage in transit caused by the courier.

• Any delays due to courier services, customs (for international orders), or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

6. Delivery Attempts & Charges

• In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability, additional shipping or re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

7. Unboxing & Damage Claims

• Customers are requested to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery.
