3. Product Representation

  • All artworks are presented as accurately as possible.

  • Slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or photography.

 

4. Packaging

  • Each artwork is carefully and securely custom-packed to ensure safe delivery.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within the timeline mentioned on the product page.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier services.

  • Once the order is dispatched, the responsibility of the shipment lies with the courier partner.

  • We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage in transit caused by the courier.

  • Any delays due to courier services, customs (for international orders), or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

 

6. Delivery Attempts & Charges

  • In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability, additional shipping or re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

  • If a shipment is refused or not accepted, any return shipping or handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

7. Unboxing & Damage Claims

  • Customers are requested to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery.

  • Damage claims without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted.

  • Any damage-related concerns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and an appropriate resolution will be offered based on the extent of the issue.

 

8. Customs & International Orders

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are to be borne by the customer.

 

9. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are not accepted, as each artwork is carefully custom-packed for safe delivery.

 

10. Intellectual Property

  • All artworks and content are the intellectual property of Strokes Art Studio.

  • Reproduction or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Course Terms & Conditions

1. Course Access

  • This is a pre-recorded online course and access is provided digitally after successful payment.

  • Course access is provided to the email ID registered at the time of purchase and is intended for the purchaser’s personal use only.

  • Access is for a lifetime, subject to the continued availability of the course on the website/platform.

 

2. Non-Refundable Purchase

  • All course purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable once the payment has been successfully completed.

  • By purchasing the course, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.

 

3. Personal Use Only

  • The course, videos, demonstrations, guides, reference materials, photographs and other resources are provided for personal learning purposes only.

  • Course content must not be copied, recorded, reproduced, uploaded, distributed, shared, resold or made available to others in any form.

  • Your course login or access details must not be shared with another person.

 

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

  • All course content, including videos, artwork, photographs, guides, techniques presented in the course and other educational materials, remains the intellectual property of *Strokes Art Studio / Akshita Makhija, unless otherwise stated.

  • Purchasing the course does not transfer ownership or copyright of the course content to the student.

 

5. Artwork Created by Students

  • Students are welcome to create artwork by applying the techniques taught in the course for their own personal or artistic practice.

  • The course itself, its videos, guides and other materials may not be reproduced or commercially redistributed.

 

6. Course Results

  • The course is designed to teach the techniques and process used to create the artwork. Individual results may vary depending on the student’s existing skills, practice, materials and execution.

  • Completion of the course does not guarantee a particular artistic result.

 

7. Course Materials & Recommendations

  • Any material recommendations or external links provided as part of the course are for reference and convenience. Product availability, pricing and specifications may change and are outside the control of Strokes Art Studio.

 

8. Course Updates

  • Strokes Art Studio reserves the right to update, modify or improve the course content, resources or structure when necessary.

 

9. Technical Requirements

  • Students are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and the necessary software/browser required to access the course.

  • Strokes Art Studio is not responsible for access issues caused by the student’s device, internet connection or third-party services.

 

10. Course Support

  • Any course-related queries or support will be provided through the official contact method specified by Strokes Art Studio.

  • Support does not include completing the artwork on behalf of the student or providing unlimited personalised instruction beyond what is included with the course.

 

11. Right to Restrict Access

  • Strokes Art Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate course access if there is evidence of unauthorised sharing, copying, redistribution, resale or other misuse of the course content.

 

12. Acceptance of Terms

  • By purchasing the course, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions,.
